Ironman Cake

Ironman was suppose to be standing, but I accidentally broke his leg.  When my 3 year old customer saw it, he told me "Ironman should be laying down and maybe he will feel better for the party."  So I added an extra layer of buttercream so Ironman had a place to lay down.

Ironman is made with royal icing and the faces are fondant.  The cake is a layer of vanilla and a layer of chocolate, with chocolate cheesecake icing.
